The location is great—by my view, you couldn’t ask for a better one—with excellent dining options nearby and close to the airport and Nashville. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times—mostly for business—since it first opened, and I’ve always been satisfied, which is why I chose it for a special anniversary trip with my partner. However, the condition of the rooms I found there really saddened me; it looks as though they’ve stopped investing in it and it might soon close down. I was very sorry to see this, because I’ve always been happy to return.

I had a horrible experience with the staff at reception, especially manager Shelby. I had a problem with my reservation and needed the invoice from reception, but manager Shelby was extremely rude and unhelpful. Do not get in this hotel.
