The view is nice, but the bathroom is the smallest I've seen, there are too many druggie homeless people, and it gets loud at night.

An awesome old boutique hotel, steps from the beach, with front desk staff who were great when we checked in and moved us to a slightly better view room for my wife's birthday; the place is super friendly and surprisingly clean for its age, rooms have been remodeled and upgraded, and food and bars are all within walking distance—great for a beach holiday, especially with tables and chairs in the outdoor common areas to watch the sunset with a drink or whatever you fancy. The only downside was the bathroom being very small, probably because the property is old, but that's just nitpicking; you can definitely tell it's old, yet they've done a good job with it.

Fantastic location near the beach and bars/restaurants, ample parking, and a nice sea view balcony; rooms and common areas are a bit dated, which gives it a laid‑back beach vibe.
