Everything at the hotel was wonderful. We felt at home throughout our entire trip. The staff were nice and helped us a lot. They guided us and behaved very well. Sharif was very helpful and a nice person. He took care of us during the whole stay. Thank you. Nothing to complain about.

The welcome at the accommodation was great. The proximity between the lodging and the pyramids is very convenient. The staff were excellent. The service was exceptional! Sherif was very attentive and professional throughout our stay, always smiling and ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable for my friends and me.

I was really impressed by the view of the pyramids from the hotel, the beds were comfortable and the place was clean, but the shower lacked a shower curtain, the water was cold, and breakfast was very limited.

The location was perfect, we could see the pyramids from the roof, the staff were friendly, and it was a good deal for what you pay, but there was no air conditioning in the living room.
