No one was there to check me in and no code was sent; I booked a deluxe room with soundproofing and a private bathroom, yet I received the wrong room and had to share a bathroom with other guests, and people outside my room kept me up late at night.

It was perfect for our one‑night stay while we went to see Bonjovi at Murrayfield; the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

The management and staff were by far the most accommodating I've ever encountered. Everything you need is within walking distance in a quiet suburb just a stone's throw from the city center, and I'll definitely return.

The shared toilets were very clean, and even the morning staff offered water while saying goodbye. For Muslims, instead of a hand‑washing tap, a clean bucket was provided—a thoughtful detail. It was quiet and peaceful. Tea varieties and a kettle were all considered. It wasn't in the very center, but not far either. We stayed gladly.
