Everything was as good as always. The food was excellent in taste and visually on par with a star‑rated restaurant. The restaurant service was professional, friendly, attentive, and fast. The buffet (breakfast and sometimes dinner) was also very good. Absolutely nothing to criticize. A special thank you again to the kitchen and all staff. The Wi‑Fi connection left a lot to be desired – it was very bad in my room. The open Wi‑Fi (on the smartphone) only worked well on the terrace; the premium Wi‑Fi (for phone and laptop) worked only sporadically.

From A to Z everything was super 👍. In room 108 it was impossible to get warm and there was no way to adjust the temperature.

Getting into the thermal baths in bathrobes is very convenient, but it’s a shame that entry to the baths has to be paid for separately each day, and the hotel’s internal routes feel a bit far.

The setting was nice, but on the last evening we ordered, like the previous days, a glass of Irish whiskey as a sundowner; the waiter recommended another one, brought it without telling us the price, and when we expected a cost similar to earlier nights we were shocked to see a bill of about 50,00 Euro for two glasses. We complained about the high price at the end of the vacation, mainly because we weren’t warned, and the management then waived 50 % of the whiskey price.
