The staff were very helpful and interactive, and if I find myself back near Chico, I’ll definitely stay here again because it’s decent at its best. I didn’t use the wifi but was offered free access, and free breakfast was available, though I left early. The room was clean and offered good value. The staff guided me from parking to check‑in and asked for feedback on how to improve the hotel and services. The hotel is under new ownership and will need time to renovate, which could attract more guests in this great location.

“Cheap But Not Worth It”

The hotel gives access to downtown, but the room was old with chipped furniture, the bathroom was unkept, and I will never return. It needs a full rehaul.

“Fine I guess, you’re definitely getting what you pay for here”

The staff were friendly and the location was within walking distance to everything, but sketchy people were in the parking lot the whole time and the rooms felt very dirty.

Convenient for all downtown locations, though I was clueless about using the coffee maker and ended up making hot water for tea instead. 🥴

“I feel ripped off for the amount of money I spent, and disappointed for the lack of action from customer service”

Nothing good, they verbally agreed to refund us but have since ignored both me and the others. The rooms were poorly maintained, the staff unhelpful, the pool was green, and the non‑smoking room beds had ash burns on the blankets.
