The only room worth staying in was the pretty one, nothing else mattered, yet the cleaning left a lot to be desired—our bathroom wasn’t cleaned during the seven‑day stay, the kitchen was awful, and the overall state was disappointing; I ended up eating out every day.

The room was pretty good, the bed was wide and comfy, the ceiling fan was a hit, and the big windows let in plenty of light, but the lack of cleaning was huge; the house needs a thorough clean—dust, kitchen, bathroom—because it’s very neglected and dirty. Cleaning isn’t just changing sheets and throwing out trash. The facilities are old and need many repairs: the shower is broken, water leaks from the pipe, the sink is broken and barely supplies water for washing hands or face, and the kitchen is scary to use any utensil or pan. The fridge has stains that show obvious use. With a few touch‑ups and proper cleaning, the apartment would be a 10.

The only thing I could praise was the mattress’s comfort; the rest of the bed had a headboard with two fingers of dust, and the fan had the same. We didn’t like the real estate’s lack of care, the bedroom’s cleaning, or the staff’s absence—we never saw them, they didn’t answer our calls or needs, and the overall lack of consideration was the most disappointing; the service was terrible.
