The front‑desk team were efficient, courteous and exceptionally friendly. Klea, in particular, is a huge asset – she has an amazing personality, is charming and has a winning smile. She also knows the town well and is always helpful. The only issue was that the hot breakfast items were lukewarm.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and the family room was pleasantly spacious with plenty of storage, and the staff were super kind and attentive. The sofa bed could use an extra mattress, the air‑conditioning didn’t work reliably, and during the storm the wind just pushed our room door open.

The room was very modern and spacious, and parking was very close in a city where parking is a premium.
