Loved the sun deck and the location of the hotel - a short bus ride to the historic centre of Cadiz. There were some lovely restaurants to eat out in the evening. No coffee/tea facilities in the room but a small complaint

Everything – the location, the cleanliness and the staff’s treatment. The pillows were very soft but there were more if you needed them.

The view, location, and staff friendliness were positives, but the room was old, the bathroom needed renovation, and the breakfast was disappointing.

We had air conditioning that worked and was adjustable, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the sea view was fantastic. Being close to the beach let us fall asleep to the waves. The room featured a separate bathroom and an additional toilet, plus a door between the corridor entrance and the sleeping area that blocked corridor noise. The pool was lovely, and we enjoyed a delicious a la carte meal served by a wonderful staff member.

The whole experience was great and the staff were amazing! The breakfasts could use improvement.
