This boutique hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Cartagena's Gold Museum and less than 1 km from the Palace of the Inquisition. What we liked most about the hotel was its location—highly recommended if you want to be close to the historic center. The pool is also worth mentioning, as it’s in very good condition and the cleaning in the area is good. Some of the hotel’s facilities were under maintenance and this wasn’t communicated when we booked. They could improve the guest experience by adding coffee stations, taking advantage of the country’s coffee culture.

Excellent reception service, breakfast was included, and lunch at the restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of dishes and a great location; you can walk to all the places in the walled city.

The location, breakfast, and staff were all super kind and helpful. The rooftop was under maintenance, so we couldn’t use the upstairs pool.

The LOCATION IS GREAT, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY, BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD, THE PLACE AND DECOR ARE NICE. The ROOFTOP POOL was not available as advertised, nobody told us. The bathrooms in the rooms are not comfortable, there’s no adjustable shower. There is no closet to store clothes.
