Checking in was a breeze, the staff were very pleasant, and the room was spacious and very clean. The toiletries were a major plus. I couldn’t change the AC setting (I’m a cold‑nature person) and couldn’t turn it off, so I unplugged it—really not a problem. The only real disappointment was hearing the gentlemen in the next room talking on his phone; maybe it was because of the joining door. I’ll just ask for a non‑joining room next time.

The location, desk staff, and the lack of bad odors in the room were all good. The fridge wasn’t very cold, the rug could have been cleaner, the TV froze on certain channels, there was no cable, and channels on the guide would be unavailable when chosen to watch them. I almost tripped over the rug coming in the front lobby door and no one helped with my bags. The orange table was too heavy to move, so I had to drag it.

The indoor pool was nice and quiet, and the pool towels were great so you didn’t have to use the room towels. Breakfast was 100 % worth waking up early for. The pancake maker was a plus, and we had a wonderful stay.
