Ian was friendly, nothing was too much trouble, he was very informative about the local area and amenities. Breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve ever had. The Balmoral is in an excellent position, on the sea front and metres away from the sea and resort centre. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The breakfast was excellent, and I couldn't have asked for a better spot in Skegness.

What a fantastic place—great location, spotless rooms, delicious food, and the owners were lovely. The only downside was the guests on the floor above who, for most of the night, walked around in what must have been pit boots—heavy‑footed, really loud for us below, though the owners had nothing to do with it.
