I was blown away by the traditional cabana—beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotless. The host was super responsive and helpful, making check‑in a breeze, and I’d definitely recommend this spot. It’s a quick drive to Breb, and the stay at Casa Tâmplarului was amazing!

A beautiful and peaceful place with a very special atmosphere. The house is new and comfortable, yet it preserves the charm of a traditional countryside home through the carefully chosen traditional objects and decorations displayed throughout. The combination of rustic details and modern touches creates a warm, authentic, and welcoming setting. Everything is very clean and well maintained, and the whole place feels calm and relaxing. A wonderful choice for anyone looking for comfort, character, and a touch of local tradition

Very atmospheric place. Overnight stay in a heritage site, but with comforts. Outside there’s a grill shed to use. Great, highly recommend. And the owners are very kind.

The Casa traducional de Maramures is a stunningly restored gem, full of flavor and comfort, perfectly located. The owners are friendly and attentive. In the same town you’ll find a Hobbit house, a lavender field, and a blackberry plantation that you can visit.
