Excellent service, tasty food. The scenery is beautiful. There is a viewpoint higher up, about a 15‑minute drive away, where you can see the snow‑capped peaks – very nice.

I found the place to be very good, but I wished for more details on extra activities, and there was no television in the room.

Easy to locate, the property was beautifully laid out with stunning views of Cotopaxi & other volcanoes; the steam room & sauna were available after long hiking days, and a massage was offered. Rooms were comfortable & quiet, and meals were delicious.
The staff’s service was excellent.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the location was perfect for visiting nearby volcanoes; however, the towels and sheets felt old, the cleaning could be better, and breakfast service started too late.
