The accommodation is very pretty, everything is new, and it's close to all amenities. At night the room is noisy because of traffic, and the breakfast doesn't live up to expectations.

The building is new, the room had everything, and the bathroom was spacious.

The property is clean, modern, welcoming, and bright. The owner is helpful. The common area is really nice, as is the terrace. I would add something to breakfast—maybe some yogurt and a kettle for eggs 😊

I was right next to the highway, which made getting around a breeze, and the place felt really welcoming and well maintained; it was spotless and we had a great time.

The building is newly built or renovated, with high‑quality materials, and I especially liked the windows—despite facing a busy street, the sound was muffled thanks to the closed windows and ultra‑quiet air‑conditioners. Parking is free, and there’s a fridge with water. The bathroom is small but has a nice shower. I appreciate the large refill bottles on the wall that cut down on plastic, though the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. The welcome and breakfast could be better: we arrived to a four‑button intercom with no labels, and someone told us to call or go to a nearby shop, which no one had mentioned before we arrived. The B&B is on the second floor without an elevator, which was fine for us but could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues, heavy luggage, or a stroller—this should be highlighted in the description. The breakfast was a complete disappointment: it was self‑serve, the coffee machine was terrible, and there were only four mediocre items—packaged croissants, broken biscuits and crackers, sugary single‑serving jams, and one yogurt for four people. No savory options, fruit, or juices. In a city known for great food, this breakfast was a let‑down, and I’ve never seen such poor hospitality in southern Italy. The room lacked blinds; the window had a white curtain and a blackout curtain that didn’t cover the whole pane. The building’s design lets a harsh light stay on all night, so light seeped in from the window edge, making it hard to sleep in the dark. The bed was comfortable, but the bedside lamp was only on one side, leaving the other side without a nightstand (though there was space for one). The terrace is large but faces a shabby old wall and isn’t equipped with tables, so we couldn’t have breakfast outside.
