Staff were friendly and helpful, check‑in and check‑out were easy.
“Basic but clean”
Good location for my journey, but I didn’t realize I had to pay for parking.
“Good value for an overnight stay”
Booked as an overnight stay on route down to Somerset. This is a great room for the low price we paid. Comfy bed and good facilities with a small fridge which we didn't expect to find. It had everything we needed for a good rest to continue our travels the next day. Friendly staff always on hand if needed. Located at one of the M5 motorways services meant it was easy to get to. Toilet seat was loose on one side
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, close to the service station and you can use the footbridge to meet others with cars on the opposite side of the M5.
The rooms have a bath, which is a nice option. The bed was reasonably comfortable and there’s a fan in the room. The carpet feels a bit sticky like it needs a wash, there’s a smoky smell despite smoking being banned in the hotel, and it’s tired and scruffy. It’s functional but not relaxing.
