The continental breakfast was decent, especially the eggs – thanks! I appreciated how accessible the building was and that it wasn’t right next to the freeway. Unfortunately, the guest either above us or next to us woke us at 6 AM, which says more about the other guest than Best Western. We had arrived late the night before for a funeral, so those extra two hours of sleep would have been a lifesaver.

The staff are friendly. The breakfast is decent, and the lady at the breakfast room is always smiling, checking if any items are running low so she can refill them. The internet was down for our entire one‑night stay. Our bathroom has no shower curtain, so when we bathe the water spills all over the floor. Ants appeared after we returned from a walk; the kids’ biscuits were full of ants. We could also hear footsteps from the room above us.

Breakfast was horrible. The egg omelet and ham pieces were ice cold; I took one bite, spat it out, and threw it away. I was irritated and left. The breakfast could have been at least warm.
