It was very clean and nice, but the cost was rather pricey for the hotel that it was; $400 a night is excessive.

The room was super comfy, but the TV placement in the hallway was annoying and the noise level was high.

I liked how close the hotel was to many restaurants and that it looked newly built, but the strong sulphur smell on the first and second floors was off-putting; it felt like someone had left damp sheets in the washer or used a dirty mop to clean the floors, especially near the pool where the odor was disgusting. If you have a sensitive nose, it might be a problem, but if you’re okay with smells, you’ll be fine. The third and fourth floors were noticeably less smelly.

We’ve stayed here before and the staff is outstanding, always making us feel welcome, but this time the bed was uncomfortable for the first time; otherwise everything was great—thanks, Springhill Suites by Kalispell.
