The hotel was okay, but we booked with breakfast included and ended up paying extra at the end. This is something I’ll avoid in the future, as customers complain a lot.

I came for one night and had booked the pool and sauna, but the staff said there were no times available, I paid, and then I was told I couldn’t use the pool or sauna.
