J K Inn, Vellore could have been called Cozy Nook. Hidden away from the main road, it offered a peaceful quiet that was soothing after a hectic day. The décor was smart and modern, and hygiene standards were pretty high. The staff were a skilled, friendly, and efficient group. Booking online was a breeze, and the arrangements from car pick‑up at Chennai airport to check‑in were handled professionally. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and sun‑bathed in most cases. For us, who stayed for quite some time, it felt almost like a second home. You can order food out or use the hotel’s offerings. Accessibility was high. Markets were a stone’s throw away, as was CMC – you could actually walk down, while VIT was a 15‑20 minute drive. A huge applause for Rehman and his team (Wahid, Nasar and Subhash) for running a spotlessly clean, smart, efficient, professional, and feel‑at‑home ambience. All the best! Stay once and you’ll know what I mean 😊 Nothing much to add.

The rooms were close and clean, and the toilet was clean. The staff were very courteous. The road leading into the hotel could use a little improvement.

Breakfast was delivered to the room in closed, hygienic plates. The beds were comfortable. The approach to the hotel and the surrounding area were not great. Parking was available but had no shade and was outside the hotel campus. The bed linens were dirty, and it took multiple calls to get them changed.

The location was excellent and the service was great. VIT admissions are a very busy period, so rates are very high all across Vellore. I highly recommend it to other parents and families visiting Vellore. Situated at National Circle makes all of Vellore accessible. Nothing to mention here.
