The property was very clean and comfortable. Our room was tiny, so only one large suitcase fit; we saw other rooms that were more spacious. It had a small fridge, coffee machine, nice reading lights and handy USB charging stations on the nightstand. Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options, including espresso drinks. Parking costs 12 €/night; we chose it for that, but there are only about 8 spots that can’t be reserved, so you’re not guaranteed a spot when you leave your car for the day. The subway station is a 2‑minute walk and about 3 stops from downtown. The street is very quiet and it’s next to the contemporary museum and gardens. The parking situation can be stressful, with a very small lot and no guaranteed spot.

Excellent location, near Sao Sebastian metro; the room was very clean, daily housekeeping was performed, linens were changed, and the breakfast was very rich and varied. We were happy on the last day that they took care of our luggage (we had a train that evening) and left it before check‑out, and we picked it up in the evening when the train was scheduled to depart for Porto. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you need something. Thank you! Everything was super excellent, we have nothing to add. Thank you!
