I liked that the facility was close to Başçarşı, but they charge 15 € for parking, which feels rude. The hotel has five parking spots, each costing 15 €. Their tea supply at breakfast is lacking, though you’re allowed one cup. They claim the staff is “confused” because they work nights, but a night‑shift worker shouldn’t be “foggy‑minded”.

The location was great, the place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We couldn’t park our Audi A6 in the garage and had to leave it outside. The toilet smelled, the window didn’t close well and wasn’t sealed properly, and some lights didn’t work. It was noisy from the outside. Breakfast was missing some items. It doesn’t deserve a 4‑star rating, maybe a 3‑star.

It was close to Baśčaršija, and the staff—especially Sara at reception—was very friendly and helpful. On the last day we missed breakfast and asked if we could get something, so we received large good baguettes. It would have helped to freshen the walls. Unfortunately we couldn’t open the window, it felt stuffy. The frosted window above the door made the lights shine very brightly at night. I asked a staff member if they could cover the electricity, but I had to turn off the hallway spotlights myself in the evening when they couldn’t find a solution. The first night we didn’t sleep much because it felt like a fire was on in the room. A varied breakfast would have been nice.

The facility’s location is very good, right next to the center and Başçarşı, and the breakfast isn’t bad. Many things in the hotel weren’t maintained, causing problems in the rooms: the TV doesn’t work, the AC is noisy, the bathroom is very small, the toilet seat cover is broken, and the lamps in our room wouldn’t turn off.
