The large public bath and the meals were good. Given the price, I expected these basics, but the layout is so spacious it’s easy to get lost, and I wish the room number were displayed more prominently. The wash‑basin in the Japanese‑style room is too low, and a chair would have been helpful.

Breakfast had a great variety, the hotel was busy but normal for its size, the room was spacious, very clean, and the beds were super comfy; the staff were attentive and charming, especially at check‑in and when loading the car, there was a nice bar, the outdoor onsen on the top floor offered a beautiful view, and a private family onsen was available. The TV in the room was old and didn’t allow Netflix or Disney+ (useful for kids) unless I had it wrong.

The hot spring and meals were satisfying; it was the best family trip experience.
