“Cosy and conviently located riad with the best service!”

We stayed at this riad for three nights and the décor was stunning. The location is perfect – everything in the medina is within walking distance. Every morning the breakfast spread was different and delicious, and the staff went above and beyond; after a day of exploring we were greeted with fresh coffee or tea on the house. The rooftop view is lovely and the overall service was exceptional. Just a heads‑up: the building is old, so the bathroom is cramped and the water pressure is low – nothing that ruined the stay, just something to keep in mind.

“Perfekte Lage, sauberes Zimmer, Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre”

The staff were very friendly and honest, making us feel comfortable and creating a pleasant atmosphere. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the best we’ve had on vacation, served on the rooftop terrace overlooking Fes, with free coffee and tea at sunset. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to experience the lively city life up close. We would definitely return. A few details: the stairs are steep and narrow, but the staff helped us with our luggage. The architecture added a lot to the charm of the stay. We parked the car about seven minutes from the hotel and walked the rest (Google Maps!). As is common in Morocco, we paid a €3 fee per night. There is also a parking garage nearby.

“The staff made all the difference!!!”

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Hajar, Mohamed One, and Mohamed Two, who were very accommodating. One of our group members used a wheelchair, and the team delivered food to our apartment and arranged someone to push the wheelchair around. The experience was amazing. The property feels new, so the lights in the rooms were a bit dim, but that was not a major issue.
