“Just managed to spend the night. Bathroom overflowing with water everytime I flushed.”

Breakfast was terrible; the hotel sourced local food from outside and delivered it to our room wrapped in newspaper in an unhygienic way. I even received coffee wrapped in foil and tied with a rubber band for the first time in my life! The hotel restaurant was locked and inaccessible. Everything was disappointing.

I was unhappy with my stay due to some unexpected extra charges. Despite discussing it with the staff beforehand, they still asked for additional money, which I felt was unfair. It would have been better if they had been more transparent about the costs.

“Pathetic”

My stay was marred by pathetic hospitality and hygiene. The bed, pillow covers, quilt, and towels were all infested with hair, which was unacceptable. When I requested a change, the staff claimed they had already been replaced, but I could still see the hair, which was disappointing.

“Staff do not under hindi or english. Everyday reminders tonbe given for towel, water bottles, tea bags etc, Asked for GS”

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a complete letdown. Everything about my stay was unsatisfactory, from the facilities to the service. I didn't have any positive takeaways from my visit.
