The hotel was beautiful and clean overall, and I loved my room! The room was great for the price I paid to stay, and I felt comfortable. There was hair on the sheets, not much, but it made me wonder about the cleaning procedure a bit.

The location is excellent, the décor is very nice, and the place is clean; the amenities were great. When we checked in we were given “vouchers” that read BREAKFAST VOUCHER. This $26 voucher entitles you to one breakfast buffet or one entrée from the breakfast menu if the buffet is not available; present this coupon when ordering. Breakfast still cost us $26 per person, the buffet was pretty standard…nothing special. Very confusing! Parking is $15.00 per night, it wasn’t very crowded. Not sure why they’re charging for it.

The location and cleanliness were good. No microwave was provided.

The spot was great for the event at the NOW Arena and the new building looked nice, but I was annoyed that the hotel charged extra for things usually free elsewhere—breakfast, wifi, TV channels, and parking. They claimed parking was free with a reservation, which turned out not to be the case. Also, there was confusion with messages about guests arriving; the hotel said they had gone to the hotel, but that didn’t match the messages.
