Food was absolutely phenomenal, the owners were great people, fantastic to talk to, super helpful. The only downside was the big spiders, but they gave spray and it worked out perfect.

The views were breathtaking and the room felt like a treehouse, truly spectacular. The hotel was gorgeous and the hosts were incredibly friendly, and the dinner they served was absolutely delicious.

Staying at this glamping spot turned out to be a wonderful experience; the food was excellent, the staff were genuinely kind, and our room was comfortable, beautiful, spotless and ideal for relaxing. Waking up to a stunning vista of the volcanoes and the lake with birdsong was amazing, and Gaby, her husband, and the ladies at the pretzel shop were especially friendly and attentive. We can’t wait to return sometime.

The concept was really original and lovely, with wonderful views, attentive staff, a tasty breakfast, and a clean, friendly atmosphere; the owners were very kind and you can easily reach any spot on the lake by boat. However, the bed in our tent was far too small for two people and there was nowhere to hang or store clothing.
