The place is easily reachable by car and I was greeted warmly by Frau Hensler, who also explained the local surroundings. The accommodation is spotless and practical. Every morning Frau Hensler prepares a fresh breakfast that satisfies all tastes, with good coffee, fresh rolls, boiled eggs, cheese and sausage, all made with great care. A wine tasting with the house chef is highly recommended; for a very reasonable price you can sample eight excellent wines and receive expert insight into Mosel viticulture. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was very good, but there was a hair dryer in the room.

The wine offered on site was great and came at super prices, though the towels felt a bit musty.

There was no balcony or terrace on the room; outside seating was limited to a table with chairs in front of the entrance and a shared terrace in the courtyard that offered no view, and the WC had a glass door.
