We had a car breakdown, so we arrived late. They answered quickly and said “no problem.” They let us in whenever we could arrive. They were friendly, supportive, and called back to check if we had a tow truck and how the rental‑car situation was going. Nothing to complain about.

Nice spot for a long trip, great view from the apartment, but cleaning wasn’t included and that wasn’t mentioned in the booking.

The place is insanely beautiful. Right behind the cabin there’s a trail entrance. Cabin number 2 is spacious, no bumping into furniture or each other, with a comfy sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, a table and chairs. They cleverly installed various hooks instead of closets. The windows are wonderfully positioned, letting you enjoy the scenery even from the sofa. Heating in the bathroom and living room is sufficient. The kitchen gear is adequate (though I’d swap the aluminum pots for stainless steel). Cleaning supplies, brushes, cloths, a dish rag, a mop and a floor brush are provided. The staff were very helpful; when the water pipes burst around 23:00, someone came to fix it without any hassle. The overall furnishings are a bit worn, but that doesn’t bother anyone in such a gorgeous setting. The place is functional and clean. The worst part was the bathroom: the floor is divided by a strange, uneven partition that creates a shower zone right next to the sink. How do you reach the sink when the floor is wet after a shower?
