The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the lobby and restaurants stand out for their hospitality. However, I’m disappointed with the cleanliness of the pools and jacuzzis; it’s unacceptable that children can enter without a special disposable pool diaper or a hat, and some kids even splash inside the jacuzzis. The hotel should enforce stricter rules and ensure cleanliness and guest well‑being. Thank you.
