“No … Please”

The place is basically a restaurant with lodging options. Breakfasts were weak – I stayed for 3 days and there was no butter! When I asked, the answer was “butter didn’t arrive!” I beg you: there is a grocery store 100 m away, so I go and buy 2 sticks of butter for €5!!! Another issue is the pool – it’s unclear how to enter because you can’t walk around in wet underwear – there’s no zone at all!!! The spa is paid! I booked and … the sauna wasn’t ready. Overall I probably don’t recommend it – I won’t return. The accommodation was a failure – no information in the room, no Wi‑Fi, but the fridge was a plus. Reception didn’t work, and the information desk was the restaurant.

The pension is great and the wellness is amazing. At the end of September, outdoor temperatures were around 12 °C and there was nowhere to dry towels. The heating season hadn’t started yet.

The surroundings of the accommodation were beautiful 🤗 The staff were friendly 🤗 The pool and the hot spring were to my liking, though the pool was cooler and the hot spring warmer 😁 The restaurant was excellent, and the bowling alley was pricey 👍, so we had entertainment covered 👍. Unfortunately, getting into the room was a superhuman effort because the latch on the front door was broken, but we were informed about it at check‑in. What I would point out is the toilet, which was insane in terms of flushing 🤦🤦 It took about 15 minutes to flush again, which is unacceptable for three people in the room 🙈🙈

Great food, a pool, good equipment, but the highlight was the staff—absolutely professional and very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay: rooms were clean, breakfast was fantastic, the food was a bit pricey but matched the quality, the staff were pleasant, and I can only recommend it 🥰.
