Breakfast was okay, but the front desk was unfriendly and never smiled; every question I asked was shot down, I only got a partial refund instead of a full one, and I had to change rooms four times—from a broken toilet to an AC unit that wouldn’t work, to bedding issues—reporting each problem made no difference, even the GM was unhelpful; I’ll never stay here again and if anyone else does it’s their own risk; I found this out at the last minute and usually stay in an Airbnb; I checked out before 9:00 a.m.

We stay here often and love the location; the staff are always friendly, the place is consistently clean, and it’s a safe place to stay.

It was awesome and the preparers were extremely friendly and kept the food stocked, but the cold water in the showers at 2:30 a.m. was a problem.

The location was fine, but the restroom and the door didn’t close all the way, and the microwave, TV, and internet box were all hooked up to an extension cord that kept cutting out whenever I used the microwave.
