The apartment and shared house areas were nicely renovated inside. The house entrance had no number or name, so we spent about 30 minutes searching for it after arrival. When we called the host around one o’clock in the morning for help, she offered advice but didn’t mention that it was already one in the morning. The room was extremely small, windowless, and dark. The bed was very uncomfortable, unstable, and blocked the bedroom door, which couldn’t open properly. The linen didn’t smell clean, and there was nowhere to dry towels, so they quickly became damp and stinky. The photos in the listing were misleading; most showed spacious rooms with windows, while our room looked completely different. We couldn’t choose a specific room type when booking. We left early and moved elsewhere. We would have left after the first night, but we didn’t have the budget for another stay. The host later offered compensation of 184 € in travel credits, but we couldn’t get a refund for the unused portion of our stay. Overall, we were very disappointed with the room quality and the host’s attitude. We are still dealing with the situation and plan to contact the European Consumer Centre. I would not recommend this accommodation to others.
