I had to pay for parking even though I didn’t drive, and when I requested full room service I only received an empty trash can. The elevator was broken, so I had to walk up to the second‑floor room with bad knees and a back problem, and the toilet was too low—taller toilets are needed.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly! The breakfast room was small and crowded, and the parking lot was also small and crowded, but that won’t stop me from staying here again. Overall, a nice stay.

The convenience while our apartment was being renovated was perfect. The elevators were slow. The bathroom was cleaned properly, but the washcloth was black after my daughter quickly wiped it before bathing my grandson. Dirt was even on the light button in the bathroom to turn the light on, and visible dirt was in the bathroom sink.
