The staff were extremely rude, with curt replies. I was warned just before entering that my room wasn’t available until 16:30, even though I had said my arrival was at 14:00; they replied “it’s not our problem, what you should do in the room, go take a walk so you waste time.” They were rude, and I shouldn’t have to explain what I should do in the room or where and how I should do it; it was my right to have the room at the requested time since the money was accepted in advance. In addition to that, it felt like I was sleeping with the owners who lived next to the house and everything was heard—worst experience ever, definitely not recommended.

The bathroom had no toilet paper or trash can, the kitchen was empty of dishes, and the fridge barely worked.

“Ottimo pernottamento”

The host’s welcome, the spacious clean rooms, the comfy bed, the roomy bathroom, the TV, the terrace, and the air‑conditioning were all great, but it was a bit noisy, the bedside lamp was missing (though that’s a minor detail), and there were no blackout curtains, yet I still slept well.

Overall a perfect 10: the apartment was huge, spotless, and comfortable, its location was ideal for driving and then taking a train to Naples or Sorrento, it’s only a 5‑minute walk to Pompeii—awesome—and the hosts were friendly and ready to help with anything you need.
