The location was excellent, security was solid, cleanliness was good, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite; the breakfast was very complete, and the place was calm and quiet for a relaxing trip. The bed had a bad mattress, likely because there is no quality inspection, as it was obvious that the room 13 we were given was not suitable for sleeping; the room had a wooden window without blackout curtains, and the air‑conditioning worked but was extremely noisy, indicating a lack of preventive maintenance.
