The staff were welcoming and helpful, but they never came to clean the room in three days and the pillows were very uncomfortable.
I didn’t like the old spring beds, the location is terrible for driving—there’s no parking, so you have to park on the street and walk a long way to the hotel, and the photos show a structurally old building that hasn’t been painted; the rooms are renovated but the mattresses, the TV is a toy‑size model, there are no good channels, breakfast isn’t offered, and I would never return.

When we arrived we were told the room would be ready in 30 minutes, then after another half hour they said an hour total – not reliable at all; once we got the key we found a leak in the toilet and a badly cleaned shower, so they moved us to a clean ground‑floor room that was far from quiet, and we had to push hard on the second night to get another change after a terrible first night; in the end we ended up swapping rooms three times.
