The stay was just awful—nothing good to say.
The staff were unprofessional and rude, and the whole place smelled bad and looked filthy.
I paid 7,000 instead of the advertised 10,000 for a family room, and the breakfast was terrible.
This place was a nightmare. The hotel itself was terrible, and the booking agent was a mess—Mr. Jobair was just a pain with the customer.

The location and pool were decent, but the room was cramped, dirty, and the bed was too small. The decor and furniture were awful for a hotel of this type, and the breakfast was rotten—everybody was disappointed.
