The hotel sits in a great area and overall it was clean, but we found ants in our room. We called housekeeping and they fixed it. I was disappointed that our deposit was never returned; they held it for no reason and I’ve asked multiple times without a refund.

The staff were friendly, yet the room smelled strong, the bed felt very hard, and I spotted bugs in the shower.

Check‑in was smooth, parking was convenient, the room was comfortable with large TVs, but the elevators moved slowly, the bathroom was small and lacked toiletries on the counter, and there was no clock.

Location was great. Our room was spacious enough for 6 guest.z. Breakfast was very generic.options were very limited
