Overall, everything was fine, but I was really impressed by the staff’s attentiveness and friendliness. They were always ready and had the best attitude for whatever I needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room size; it turned out to be a great deal. The rooms, reception, and corridors were spotless, and the staff were quick and friendly—definitely coming back.

I liked how easy it was to get around with public transport, but the room was tiny—just a bed and no room to open a chair, and there was only one towel for two days. There was no water in the room or in the common areas, which was absurd.

The location gives easy access, but you only get a towel change and cleaning after the fourth day.

The location is good, within walking distance of the U-Bahn and bus, and close to two small supermarkets, a 24/7 Tesco, and a drugstore. The shower water was very hot. The breakfast was terribly bad: only one type of ham, sliced so tightly that you only get crumbs, hard and icy eggs, warm microwaved bits that were mushy and tasteless. The room was very Spartan—no wardrobes, just two small tables and a chair; there was no second chair for a double room. Four hangers, but the rod was so short that you couldn’t hang two clothes back‑to‑back. The drinks at the hotel were significantly overpriced compared to Tesco across the street. Overall, it was a lot of fluff and little essential hotel service. One night is fine, but not recommended for longer stays.
