Surrounded by nature and run by wonderful people who help with everything, it’s not a luxury stay but it feels luxurious. Infinite kindness and availability, a very good breakfast, and complete quiet. There’s nothing I didn’t like; there are always areas to improve, but seeing how the place is furnished and enriched, I’m sure the owners will make it even more of a fairy‑tale spot over the years given its potential.

La struttura di una bellezza incredibile, in mezzo alla natura, pulizia impeccabile, piscina e idromassaggio top! Peccato che il nostro soggiorno sia durato così poco!!! Non ho mai prenotato un posto così eccezionale su booking, davvero! Grazie infinite per tutto!!!. Era tutto perfetto!!!!

The stay at B&B Fontanelle was superb. We stayed in the two‑bedroom apartment on the upper floor, which was impeccably clean; the rooms, kitchen, and living area all had air‑conditioning, the décor featured exposed brick walls, and the spacious bathroom had a fully working shower plus plenty of fresh towels. The kitchen was well equipped, but the host Francesca made everything special with her immediate and punctual communication. Breakfast was another highlight, offering tasty local pastries in generous portions. I highly recommend this B&B for anyone wanting to explore Umbria or Lazio and discover Tuscia’s beauty. The only tiny flaw, if you’ll allow it, was the pillows—they were a bit too high and firm for my taste.
