“Gorgeous hotel”

The property offered many pools and various relaxation areas, which was very handy, and there was also a dedicated kids area that suited us. Most staff were exceptional and genuinely tried to connect with guests. However, although the property had everything we needed as a family, the overall design and layout were not very toddler‑friendly. There are many stairs, different levels and areas to navigate, with limited handrails in some spots, which made us uneasy about the risk of injury for our little boy. For families with young children, the layout can make moving around the property more difficult than expected, especially when trying to keep an active toddler safe. We would have liked more child‑friendly design features and better safety measures around the various levels and stairways.

Vše bylo top, od kuchyně přes zábavní program, jen bych očekávala plážová lehátka v ceně, cena 21euro pro dvě zaskočila. Již zmíněná placená plážová lehatka a také kuřácké stanoviště blízko wc nebo hlavních chodníků

The food was excellent, even at the buffet restaurants, and the cocktails really hit the spot; the staff go out of their way to meet every request. Aside from the two issues listed under “dislikes,” I can only recommend this hotel. The water temperature in the kiddie pools was too cold, and the beds could be more comfortable.
