“Tolle Unterkunft, sehr netter Host”

A charming wooden house tucked away in nature, with a lovely agritourism spot right next door. The food was excellent, portions generous, and the wine superb. The only downside was its remote location; we were on the Via Francigena and hadn’t expected it to be 3 km from La Storta BHF.

The location is great for exploring Rome, yet it still feels rural enough to escape the city buzz at night. The adjoining agriturismo offers a fantastic restaurant, especially the starters which are both tasty and plentiful.

“Ruhig, bemüht, besonders.”

A perfect stop on the Via Francigena just before Rome, situated on a farm. A charming on‑site restaurant is only a two‑minute walk away, run by the same agricultural team. The staff are very helpful. The online check‑in was a bit clunky, and afterward Ruralis sent extra WhatsApp messages about an additional fee, which was confusing.
