The staff helped us remotely, giving all the info we needed for check‑in, parking and dinner spots, and were genuinely kind, welcoming and available. The room and bathroom were very clean, the location convenient with parking close by. The common areas are equipped with a kettle and a coffee machine.

Everything was amazing.

Silence, warmth, a sense of antiquity, and Rachele’s smile and courtesy. There was nothing to note otherwise!

The room was warm and super cozy, with furnishings chosen carefully. The host was fantastic; even though I had the wrong date for my booking and Booking didn't let me change the dates, she immediately accommodated me and sorted out the check‑in time problem. Fantastic.
