“Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations and was not worth the price paid”

I was initially drawn to this hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore nearby areas in Colombo during my short stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of my expectations due to poor room maintenance, including water leakage from the sink and drainage issues, as well as a lack of basic bathroom amenities. The housekeeping standards were also subpar, and the facilities didn't quite justify the price I paid for the stay.

While the hotel's location was convenient, our stay was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, we were given a small, unclean room with dirty towels, which was not what we expected. Fortunately, our room was changed the next day, but the new room had a blocked shower drain and a non-functional shower, which was not fixed until we checked out.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. The location was absolutely perfect, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The towels were damaged, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the bedsheets and pillowcases weren't as clean as they should have been. Overall, it was an average stay, but the great location was a definite highlight.

“i was not happy”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown due to poor housekeeping. The staff seemed to have fallen short in keeping the place tidy, which really impacted my overall experience. I was expecting a more pleasant stay, but it didn't quite meet my expectations.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which offered a clean and comfortable room with a stunning city view. The location was also ideal for shopping and traveling. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the rooftop bar was closed during my visit. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its positives.
