“Horrible experiencia”

The drive was a nightmare – more than 14 km of rough road that felt like nowhere at all. We got there around 9 pm and the check‑in was a blur; nobody even asked our name. Inside there was no electricity, no hot water for a shower, and the walls were so thin you could hear everything. Not a single power outlet in the room, and we had to share two bathrooms with a crowd. We had booked three nights but left after the first because the place was just unacceptable. [/BODY]

The setting is quiet and the views would be great on a sunny day, so in theory it could be a nice summer hideaway. In practice we had to drive 45 minutes on a pothole‑filled dirt road just to get there, and nobody greeted us. A teenage girl who seemed clueless let us in, got confused about our reservation, and finally found it on a laptop. She warned us that the generator shuts off after 11 pm, so there’s no electricity at night – she even offered a power bank after we complained.

The location is lovely – right in the middle of the forest – but the accommodation itself is a disaster. There’s no working power socket in the room and the whole house goes dark at night. The bathroom water is ice‑cold, the beds are just wooden slats with ancient mattresses, and the whole thing costs the equivalent of €111, which feels like a rip‑off. [/BODY]

The sheets were clean, which was the only decent thing about the place. Everything else was missing – no hot water, no lights, no kitchen, no fridge, and no explanation from the staff. The surroundings are pleasant and the kitchen and bathrooms are spacious enough for a short stay, and the room was fine for one night. The downside was we had no idea where to wash the dishes after dinner, and we could hear other rooms quite a bit (except during quiet hours). Wi‑Fi was spotty, though given the remote location that was somewhat understandable. [/BODY]
