“An old hotel but worth staying due to nice management!”

The hotel sits in Hanoi Old Town and the staff were very good, especially Ms. My Lee, the customer relation manager, who was caring, attentive, and had excellent manners. I’d stayed here before and she was the reason I’d return. Ms. Quỳnh at the front desk was also helpful and caring. The building is old and needs many renovations. I was in the executive room on the 7th floor, the supposed best room. The A/C was inconsistent; sometimes it was very cold, other times it was hot no matter how I set the temperature. The hand‑held shower was rusty and could be replaced easily. I struggled to get a comfortable water temperature, it was either too cold or too hot and I feared getting burned.

“Hanoi Start”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The balcony was tiny and looked out at a building only about 2 metres away.
