Modern, brand‑new, spotless rooms that are huge. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking.

Breakfast was decent and the location fit our itinerary, but I’d have preferred a bar or dining area. The rates felt steep for the amenities offered, and we ended up paying for a night we didn’t need, even though we’d booked months in advance. Overall, I’m disappointed, the beds were too soft, there’s no restaurant or bar, and weekend rates are too high. I won’t recommend this place on future trips.

We were sound asleep when housekeeping barged in; it was only 10 am and check‑out was at 11 am, yet the staff member opened the door, saw us, and left without a word.

The room was new and cozy, but the bathroom floor corners were dirty and other guests’ handprints were visible on the surfaces. The front desk guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly—he wasn’t rude, just not a people person—and he took several smoke breaks outside while we left for an event and when we returned; I thought that was unprofessional.
