The place simply does not exist!

“First bad impression, but staff did deal with our complaints”

The staff were friendly and tried to solve all the problems we encountered, but the WiFi was irregular, there were electricity issues, and some items were missing upon arrival, like cooking gas.

It was a price‑competitive alternative to similar properties, yet the access road was extremely difficult, the interior was clearly outdated, and the employee could not arrange an airport transfer for me.

The staff were friendly and accommodated my check‑in and check‑out requests, but the cleanliness was rather wanting, the balcony hadn’t been cleaned in a while, the road was really rough and we got lost, and the pool was not functional.

The staff were supportive and helpful, yet the facility is in desperate need of renovation, most kitchen appliances are malfunctioning, the bathroom leaks, and drawers are broken.
