“Tranquilidad.”
It’s a place that’s extremely colonial—exactly what I wanted to see in Mérida because the architecture is so appreciated. The welcome from Alejandro was amazing; it was raining when we left, we got a little lost, but he brought an umbrella to help me, opened the car door, and gave a warm welcome to my boyfriend and me. Bianca was wonderful, giving us a massage and a typical local breakfast with chaya. I chatted with her and another woman whose name I can’t recall, both were very attentive and marvelous; we fell in love with the place and the service. We’d definitely come back, no doubt.
